A fifth-grade teacher in West Orange has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting one of his students, according to a report on WestOrange.Patch.com.
Christopher Yonitch, 36, of Livingston, was suspended after being arrested Thursday.
Yontich, a teacher at the Washington Elementary School, is charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office told the Patch site. The alleged victim is 10, the report said.
