A SALISBURY teacher has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
Anthony Brown, 49, who was a chemistry teacher at Godolphin School at the time of the offences, pleaded guilty to two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15 at Winchester Crown Court this morning.
Police said the offences took place away from school premises and Brown, of Church Lane, Figheldean, was suspended from his post following the accusations and later resigned from the school.
He will be sentenced at Salisbury Crown Court on June 18.
