The former Abbotsford math teacher accused of sexually assaulting two 17-year-old female students is now facing new charges in Marathon County.
Andy Follen, 26, is charged with five felonies in Clark County. As of this week, a criminal complaint filed in Marathon County shows investigators believe Follen had sex with a student at his home, which is in Marathon County.
The first charges were filed in February, just days after Follen resigned from a teaching job he had for four years. Follen has since pleaded not guilty to those charges. He’s expected back in court on the new charges later this month.
