The Rice Lake schoolteacher found guilty of having sex with two teenage students will serve 180 days in jail and three years probation.
Andrea L. Ebert, 31 – who in July was found guilty of two felony counts of sexual assault of a student by a school staff member – was sentenced Tuesday in Barron County Court.
In addition to the jail time and probation, Ebert is required to perform 500 hours of community service and will have to register as a sex offender for 15 years.
Ebert had sex with the students, who were both 17 at the time, and sent them nude photos of herself.
