Huron County OPP have charged a retired elementary school teacher in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred in the early 1980s.
At the time of the alleged incidents involving a female student, the man was a teacher at the former J.A.D. McCurdy Public School located in Centralia, Ont.
William Andrew Fraser, 61, of Kincardine, is facing three counts of indecent assault.
He was arrested on Friday and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich in August.
The accused taught at J.A.D. McCurdy Public School until 1987 and was later employed as a teacher at Byron Somerset Public School in the City of London.
