A 40 year old League City woman is free on bond after being arrested Friday afternoon on charges she was involved in an improper relationship with a student.
Stephanie Raleen Forbes was taken into custody and charged with sexual assault of a child and improper relationship between an educator and student.
Forbes resigned her position as a teacher with Clear Creek Independent School District following an investigation with school liaison deputies.
School officials started their investigation last month after they were briefed on the allegations.
